Regular members can join our VIP program. The VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

4.1 General Betting Terms

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• x8k is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, loss of internet connection, or any other reason.
• If a technical error is confirmed in the result of any game, the relevant round may be voided and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Exploiting software errors or bugs is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

4.2 Special Terms for Sports Betting

The following terms apply to all sports betting including cricket, football, and kabaddi:

• If any match or event is cancelled before the scheduled time, the related bet will be considered void.
• For suspended matches, x8k's decision is final.
• No objections are accepted after results have been issued — this also applies to live betting.
• The official results of all tournaments including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup are final.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure if detected:

• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots or automated software.
• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Attempting to interfere with game algorithms or software.
